I have noticed that when I use Switch it tries to call out. What is going on? No, Switch is not Spyware! Make sure you download it from the official Switch Sound File Format Converter site though. What is probably happening is you are attempting to convert a file which requires an install a demand components. When it attempts to download this component it your (stupid) spysweeper things it must be spyware. Webroot Spysweeper does it's scan once a night and thought it was an exact match for the Switch dialer. Perhaps because it has the ability to call for help it is seen as a dialer. Thanks.
