Can't search Transaction Cost

Used money line for awhile, switched it from my desktop to my laptop and can no longer search the amount of a transaction,

I go to file and hit search find transaction and type in an amount searching to see if I've entered it already and it just says no results, however it allows me to search the notes.  On my desktop this worked fine.  How do I fix this?  I've tried to contact the company with no response.
