Osborneuk
Hi I'm looking to convert some MSV audio files to mp3. Switch says it can't do it unless I load the Sony plugin for windows media player and gives me an address to download it from. Did that but when I try to install the plugin it says it won't run on a 64bit windows 10 installation. frustrated and stymied! help appreciated and apologies if off-topic. Telephony
Hi, What this means is that not all .msv recorders are supported, and possibly the Sony Plugin available on their site is not Windows 10 compatible... Something you could try > right click the executable file and select "Troubleshoot compatibility" to run the Windows 10 compatibility mode for Windows 7, to test if you can install it from there. Best regards,
