Richard Hedley Ponting
When converting PDF to common image files I am losing definition as if the output file is being viewed through stippled glass. I have tried using both different DPI settings and image pixel settings with always the same result. Any thoughts anyone?
Telephony
Hi, It depends on the original file format and type...does it happens with all .PDF files? using any output format? or you are referring to an isolated case? Please confirm, Best regards,
Richard Hedley Ponting
It does not appear to be an isolated case. I have tried PDFs from a number of sources and the result is the same. I have also tried convert PSD and BMP with no success. See attached BMP file.
Chris75
I have tested Pixillion converting PNG files to PDF and then from PDF to Jpeg and have used images with lots of graphics and other with little and they all convert with no issues. For this particular case it would be better if you contact NCH Software support team to get further assistance.
