travelingrae
Looks like the Windows users have a way to create a hot key to easily enter time stamps. Is there a way to do this with the Mac version beyond going to Notes -- copy to clipboard -- time, and then pressing command-T in Word, which is so comically inefficient as to be useless? I've got a lot of clients now who want timestamps every 30 seconds and it takes forever to manually type them in. Thanks, Rae
travelingrae
That doesn't work. After reading finding out that some Windows users were also lacking the hot keys and resolving the issue through installation, I ended up trashing my copy of ES, redownloading, reinstalling, and reregistering. That did the trick. I now have the hotkeys and was able to set up CMD-E to copy the timestamp and then use CMD-V to paste it. Thanks for your reply. It's appalling how much I pay for this software that doesn't come with free customer support. Rae
