digimon900 Posted March 5, 2017 Share Posted March 5, 2017 I have version 4.53 runing on OSx 10.9.X, I set up my paper size to letter as standard for US businesses. Due to the huge amounts of ink and paper that were being used issuing receipts on the full size HP printer, I have invested in an Epson 80mm thermal receipt printer. The problem that I now have is that after printing any receipts on the receipt printer, the page layout size is changed from letter to A4. There seems to be no logical reason why this is happening, its annoying because if I don't remember to change it then I end up printing out subsequent statements and invoices on the HP printer with the bottom part missing, and have to do them all again! Anyone have any ideas? I am also unable to change the receipt settings so that the receipt number is printed in the text for the customer to see. Gekker Posted March 6, 2017 Share Posted March 6, 2017 Hello @digimon900, If Express Invoice is not saving the paper size when you exit from it and go back in, you should report it in a technical support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html, that looks like a functionality issue.
