Getting Debut to work with a roxio video capture usb

Hi,

 

I inherited a roxio video capture usb and am in the process of digitizing old camcorder tapes.

 

I have a windows 10 desktop system 64 bit. I did about 80 tapes with roxio creator 2010 and it stopped working.

 

I am having trouble getting Debut to recognize the roxio video capture usb device. It sees it as a webcam but not as a video

capture device.

 

Any suggestions?
