Problems with pitch shifter

Any time I open Voxal to use a voice with pitch shifter, the voice does not work properly. There is an incredible amount of distortion and clipping, making the voice unusable for both recordings and live conversations. What can I do to fix this?

Hi there,

If the clipping is due to the volume being too high you can either turn down the microphone input, or you could add an amplify module and use it to reduce the output volume.
