direct disc printing

Although the software pretends to be able to pring labels direct to disc and my printer (Canon Pixma iP7250) is listed as capable of doing this, disketch refuses to print directly on the disc, it uses paper friom the A4 bin.

i have a ip7220 and try to print on disc printable, i have trouble with the measurement because on the template , the number that i wrote changed by them selves, i want to know the meaning of the measurement that i have to do is it from the externe plate , of the plate that i p ut on the printer . it does not correspond with the a4 that it shows. on the screen. i just want to know how to do that.
