model59
Mixpad is not finding the VST`s ( VoxengoOldSkoolVerb ) I have installed. Im pretty certain I have the path correct but no matter where I put them , Mixpad wont find them ! I thought maybe the VST itself wasnt compatible or something but its the same story with BlueCat . These are all free ones and come from the sites that NCH suggest for free plugins. The path is this ; C\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\vstplugins ; is this my problem ? Jsalgado
This may sound obvious, but can you confirm you are using the Master's Edition of Mixpad? Remember that only the Master's Edition have the option to add the VST Plugins. If you are using the "Home Edition" they are not going to be available for you to add them. Adam Blight
I am having the same problem, sometimes Mixpad finds VST plugins, sometimes it doesn't, they are all in the same folder so there seems to be no logic to it.
nchBen
Hi Adam Blight, Where are your VSTs stored and how have you specified the search path in the MixPad settings? Regards, Ben
chasman08
I've had a similar issue. VST's are stored at C:\vst. VST folder has two folders that contain the dll's . Hierarchy like this: C:\VST Drumbeat DLL TS-808 DLL Cannot get MixPad to recognize the VST's.

Mustalgia Band
I have exactly the same problem. I have got a licensed copy of Mixpad, downloaded a bunch of VST's, yet none of them are found after trying using different paths. Any hope Mixpad responds to this ASAP? GiovanniLatinArtist
I am having the same problem, I even tried to Refresh VSTs in the FX section. You can see it finds some VSTs but not the other ones. Like I can’t get Nectar 3 to load into Mixpad and this is an essential VST that has a vocal assistant that analyzes your vocal track and it does the compression, EQ, Reverb etc.. it feels that will sound good for your Vocal. You can still adjust after if you want too. I need it to work with Mixpad.
chipsichord
And me too. Upgraded to the Masters edition, so I could access the VST plugins. The closest I can get to is "add VST" on a single track, but when I select the .dll file, MixPad tells me "Can't load the VST Plugin correctly, please choose another one." I don't want to load another one, I want to load THIS one! I've downloaded some cheap and nasty VST hosts and they access these same ones no problem. What's going on? elk
If the problem is with just some VST files, perhaps, they are not compatible with MixPad or the VST file may be corrupted. Make sure you are using the latest version of MixPad. You can download it here: https://www.nch.com.au/download/mixpadplaunch-exe.exe
Tony Potter
I have just purchased and registered the Masters Version and Mixpad won't find and recognise the VST's
Fred28
Not all VST´s will work, you will basically need to look for VST´s from different sources and test which ones work and which do not, you can then create a folder with the ones that do and specify the path in MixPad to load them. blunt rapture
I have the exact same problem. And I see no answer to it. How is everybody else getting their vsts?
RVM
VST plugins are available from a wide variety of sources - some are free, while others require licences. A good place to start your search is here: http://www.kvraudio.com
Kez.Support
If you are using a 64bit VST plugins, kindly use the 32bit instead. Most 64bit plugins does not work with MixPad.
