My customer tried using the serial number I was sent but it didn't work. Does the Multi Company version mean that the other company has to access my computer over the web? Teri Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Multi company means that you can track more than one business or company on your version. So on your copy you could switch between Company A and Company B. Multi user means that you host the program on your computer and the people you have denoted in the Web Access section of your copy can use the program online. It syncs with your installed version.
