Can I use in Two computers?

can I use in the same account in two computers for my business? I travel a lot and the software is in my PC I want to carry all the info in my lap top anywhere I go. if so how?

You can use it on 2 computers, but you can't install it on 2 computers and have them sync together. You have to have it installed on one computer and have the 2nd one use a web access to use the program. Then they sync together. The web access format looks a little different than the installed one. My assistant doesn't like using it, but it does the job. You can set parameters for what can be accessed on the web access format (administrator privileges, etc.).
