kneimond Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 As soon as I hit the "stop" button (or hit the space bar), there is a delay in when the recording actually stops. Sometimes the delay is 10 seconds, sometimes it is more than a minute. Either way, it is annoying. Anyone else experiencing this problem and have a solution? Chris75 Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 It is unusual that the program will take that long to stop or to perform any task at all. Have you tried reinstalling the program and restarting your computer. The program should not keep any cache data so there should be no issues for it to hang when you press any button. if you already reinstall the program and the issue remains you may want to contact the NCH software support team for further assistance.
