How do you fix this issue. Re-installing the free version does not fix it

cheers Jack

Specifically, what error message or behavior is encountered?

For a clean uninstall, see if this helps, then reinstall.

Hi Jack,

This error message normal appear when some of the files do not installed properly or can not be accessed.

Would you be able to run a diagnostic build and send the trace file back to us so we have more information about what happened?

Please check your PM to download the diagnostic build if you can do so.

Best regards,

I have this exact same issue. I am testing the free version to compare to the free MS program. Will this correct itself if I purchase the home version?

I went ahead and purchased the home user version. Same issue. I have reinstalled multiple times.

Does the error go away if you right-click VideoPad and choose "Run as Administrator"?
