transposing

A few issues with transposing which I cant work out -

1. if I write something in concert & the wish to transpose for Bb sax I transpose up 1 tone - so Bb concert ( key signature 2 flats) goes up 1 tone and becomes C ( no flats) -- I can't do this - I can transpose up a tone but the key signature remains - If I then change the key signature - I have to go through & check all the transposition ......is there a way to write out concert & transpose parts for Horns in Eb & Bb

 

2. If I have written in concert treble clef & want to write the part out for trombone , I need to write it in bass clef -- so if I change to bass clef , the software re- writes it up in the leger lines - so I then have to transpose down an octave -- which is fine - but often its out of the instruments range -- so I try to transpose just a selected passage of 8 bars -- it wont transpose just the 8 bars selected - only the whole score ......

 

3. Unlike muse score - you cant seem to write up a score in big band format - and then separate out the parts & transpose-- I bought this software because it seemed to be easier to use - when I tried it out .....but seems iif you want to use it for a big band score -- its too limited ...or am I missing something
