Export VIdeo in sections / edit sections out of a video (together with the subtitles)?

Is there any way to save a video in chunks of time after already completing it in the video editor?

 

Including subtitles?

 

When I delete parts of the video, the subtitles still stay put, so they don't match with the video/audio. Can they be deleted together with the video/audio so as to save/export sections of the movie I added subtitles to?

Experiment with saving a subtitle, then deleting it before exporting the modified sequence. It can be restored by loading the subtitle that you saved. Another approach to test: ADD TEXT in lieu of a subtitle.
