LOOP BUTTON, WHY ARE YOU NOT WORKING?

So I just downloaded the free version of MixPad. Seems like a cool software, but it didn't take long before I encountered my first problem. The loop -button doesn't seem to be working properly, or then I am doing something wrong or not doing something I should be doing. So, any help would be appreciated.

 

Currently Im trying to loop a sample I made by recording some live beatboxing. Nuthin...

Hi, Yer all you need to do to make the loop facilities work is to hold down the right side of the mouse whilst dragging it along the time line which will create a blue highlight.

This will become your loop section.
