Apparent Loss Of JPEG Files

Recommended Posts

On 13th December I purchased the NCH Software Pixillion software in the folorn hope that I could convert RAW photo files to the JPG format. I did manage to convert some photos to the 'compressed' JPG format. All did seem to be good.

Not So!

Now, when I attempt to edit photos using my Corel PaintShop Pro X7 Ultimate, all I get is a message informing me that the file is invalid, unopenable and that I should verify the file.

Just what that means, I have absolutely no idea.

Does anyone have a step by step answer to this problem?

It has arisen since converting with the Pixillion thing.

Thank you.
