Billy Bumbags Posted November 20, 2015 Share Posted November 20, 2015 Hi everyone, I'm new to this so here's a newbie question: I have a project in which I would like to cut in a clip into a pre-existing sequence, how would I slot it in between two existing clips? whenever I make a split I can't move the movie file along so I can insert the other clip that I want to add - does that make sense? Chris75 Posted November 20, 2015 Share Posted November 20, 2015 Hi Billy, have you tried the option to "Place on sequence at cursor"? If you already have splitted the file on your sequence then simply put the cursor (red line) at the position you want to insert the clip and then simply click on the button to "Place Clip on sequence", once there select the option mentioned before. For more details you may access the user's guide by clicking on the help icon located at the upper right hand corner of the program's window (Questions Mark Icon for Windows and Lifesaver for Mac).
