pcumming Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 I am recording some verbal spoken audio-narration. I press the record button to record, Great... Questions 1. I do not see a PAUSE button as I may want to add more to the recording If I press the RED record button, it will stop recording after a dialog pops up asking me if I really want to stop recording. Also plays a Windows wav sound beep which gets recorded. Is there a way to get rid of the beep reminder (which gets recorded) when I press the red button to stop recording? 2. ***NOW I want to add to the end of my just recorded audio… If I now press the red record button again to add more narration to what I just recorded it overwrites the original recording. It will not overwrite if I position the cursor at the end of the file and get rid of the new shaded part that was recorded by clicking somewhere else. Even if I click on the button to place the cursor at end of the recording it still will overwrite the shaded part. Is there a way around having to reposition the cursor or clicking in the waveform area and then clicking on the end of file/recording button?? Thanks so much for a great program.
