annoying icons

i downloaded and installed voxel trial version and i got some additional unwanted icons for my video files and rar files and some other files. that was really annoying and i uninstalled software but icons are still here. gimme an answer for this bs pls.

Hi,

Can you please give a screenshot or at least a description of the icons you are talking about? Voxal doesn't install any icons apart from its own application icon and it does not associate itself with any file types. Is it possible that you have also installed other software alongside Voxal?

Hello,

I can confirm that those icons are not part of the Voxal installation. They must have been installed by another product. Do you remember where you downloaded the Voxal installer from? Was it directly from the NCH website, or from a 3rd party website?

yes i downloaded it from your site. i reinstalled the software to make sure what is that additional thing. its call NCH suite. this thing gave me those icons.
