Changing size of window

Is there a way to change the size of the Express Scribe window. I don't like using Mini because I cannot see the time on the dictation. The double-ended arrow shows up as if to make smaller, but nothing happens. I haven't used Express Scribe for over 2 years and so I am a little rusty.

Click on Scribe Mini, then the button at the bottom left corner that looks like a folder with a blue top. This will make it medium-sized. Then you can move it with arrow keys at the bottom or the side. I use this size sometimes and drag it around the screen. This helps when I'm doing videos sometimes.
