zero quantity

Hi all,

 

Please help. I lost everything in a computer crash earlier this week. I have downloaded a new version of express accounts (and paid for it).

However, I wish to enter a line of commentary on my invoice and I used to able to backspace out the quantity so that nothing appeared. For example:

 

Calibration of:

1 Profile Projector

 

This new version won't allow me to delete the quantity - it simply puts a zero (0) in there, which look simply ridiculous.

Can anyone help me with this, because if I cant alter this, I will have to stop using NCH completely.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. Basically, I need to be able to enter text which does not require a quantity or amount of money - I need to be able to enter a description. For example,

 

Supply and calibration of:

 

1 screw plug gauge £xx

1 ring gauge £xx

1 profile projector £xx etc etc.............

 

The version i was using has been completely deleted and wiped so I can't tell you exactly what version number it was. However, I bought and paid for it on September 17th 2012 - I hope this helps.
