Account Reconciliations with Zero Activity Not Viewing/Printing

I am using v5.07. Since upgrading they system is not allowing me to print account reconciliations in which the account has no activity in period. When I reconcile and select to view the report I am getting a information window saying that there is no information available for this report. Previous versions have allowed the report to print with the zero activity. I have been through the setup options and cannot find where there might be an option to turn this feature on/off. I think its important that as far as Bank account reconciliation are concerned that the system print out the report whether or not there is activity on thge account or not.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix for it - would appreciate some help?
