Cannot connect with network IP cam

I have an IP cam on my LAN which I can access using my IE browser but cannot access with Debut. It uses h264 and is ONVIF compliant.

I guess the problem is finding out the complete and correct URL to put into Debut. I know the camera's IP address. I can access the http server of the camera just by typing the IP address in the browser. Then the video appears in the browser frame window. I believe it uses some ActiveX application. I have a choice of higher definition video or lower definition. Apparently all this uses port 34567.

With Debut I have tried several variations like http://192.168.0.5:34567 but none of them work.

I have no idea how to find out the correct url. I am even confused about how this works because I suppose the client (whether Debut or IE) must first send a request for video stream and specify what resolution, framerate, etc. they want.

Maybe this is done on another port using Onvif?

The camera configuration lists three ports: Media Port 34567, HTTP port 80, ONVIF port 8899.

Is there a way to record the H264 video stream using Debut? Can anyone help?
