fulvio.corno Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 When I record the desktop an AVI file (screencast recordings), the resulting file does not show video properties in Windows Explorer. For example, there is no thumbnail (only the generic video icon is shown), no video duration, etc. If I edit the file with some other tool (e.g., avidemux for simple cut/join), the resulting file is shown with thumbnail icon and properties.
