.VOB File Plays Only Audio in ES Pro

Hoping someone can help me out. I have .vob files that I'm trying to transcribe through Express Scribe. When I load them, a dialogue box first says, "Loading Video File." Then, after a minute or so, it changes to, "Loading Audio File." I can only get the audio from these files to play, and it almost seems like ES is extracting the audio from the video file. I have the "show video" box checked under the view tab, but it shows that there's no video to view. I'm using the latest pro version of ES (updated today in the hopes that it would resolve the problem), and I'm running Windows 8.1. Can anyone help me sort this out so I can see the video?
