Speed up vidéo bug when export and text integration failure

Hi everyone,

Scuse me for my sentence, word and syntaxe, i'm a french user of VP, and i understand english far better than i write and speak.

As Borate told me here , I create a new topic for that bug.

 

Bug : If I speed up my vidéo, after the export, the sequence i speeded up are buged . he sequence is more faster than expected,

exemple: so for a vidéo of 10 seconde, accelerate with 400% factor in edition mod, i have (after export) a video of 10 seconds with a 5 second accelerate with factor of 800% and a picture of 5 seconde static.

Version of vidéo pad : V3.35

Troubleshooting i have tested :

• uninstalled and re-installed
  
• reloaded the project
  
• tested in differents setups rendering nothing to do, nothing works fine.
  
• Tested with differents sources, same results.
  

 

5 projects edited and same bug always.

Other trouble with integration of text in the vidéo. After the export, text just appeard on screen whatever the duration i have set up.

 

If someone at NCH or users have a solution, please share it, i have purchased videopad and i don't want to regret it.

Hi,

 

There were many bugs fixed since v3.35. We release bug fixes with newer version.

 

Please try out the latest version (v4.00) and let me know if the problem still exist.

I've purchased the upgrade to V4 and it's OK, it's just too bad that i had to purchase the v3.35 and wait for 6 month to have no response of my previous ticket. nevertheless, I had send a ticket to prevent the developers of this problem.
