Item # not appearing when I "sell stock"

I have inventoria 3.02 running on windows7. This just started today...working fine yesterday. When I go into inventoria, right click on an item # and click sell stock, the box pops up to fill in quantites, etc but the item number space is blank and I have to scroll through a vast list to find the item I've sold. Always, in the past, when I clicked on "sell stock", the item number would be in the top blank. Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it? A system restore didn't help at all, no new programs installed lately, etc. Thanks for any insight you may have.
