The video file associated with this format is ogV, not ogG. I've wasted my time learning this program only to find out that I can't export to the correct file format, making HTML5 usage worthless. There's no real difference between .ogg and .ogv as far as VideoPad is concerned. You could export to .ogg with an old version of VideoPad and then rename the file from file.ogg to file.ogv.
