WavePad audio editor - doesn't work at all

I installed free version of WavePad and then purchased full version ("Pocke Wavepad HD") as a InApp purchase for 9.99 USD.

Now it is version 4.60 and it doesn't work at all!

When started, it just freezes!

 

I tried to reinstall the app.

Then at first start it shows a form for email etc but again freezes.

 

I see same behaviour on all my devices:

- iPad 3 64GB

- iPad mini 2 64GB

- iPad Air 2 64GB

 

iOS 8.1.1.

 

So,

1. Is the Company (NCH Software) going to fix this?

2. If it can't - how can I get a refund?

I'll PM you., but we have had some reports of this behavior on newer iOS devices, and there's an open bug for that behavior.

As I decribed above, I see same problem on iPad 3, which is not a "newer device"...

So, after more than one month, no updates regarding this bug so far.

Very disappointing.

I can add you to the "watch list" for the bug. Unfortunately, there are no regular updates sent. You'll only be notified when the bug is resolved, cancelled, etc.

I made attempts to download the free version of Wavepad for trial purposes but had a message flash up to say that I should contact NCH since this version didn't operate on my 64 bit Windows 7 Pro.

 

Any help on this problem would be most welcome.
