Where is data file on a mac?

I am trying to move my EI data to a new computer. The back up and restore function is not working. Could anyone tell me where the data file lives on my drive? The website gives me this path "Mac: User/Library/NCH Software/Express Invoice", but it doesn't exist...

Under further investigation, I have found out the path you have given me is correct, but the "Library" foldr under "$USER" is actually a ".Library" folder. This makes all of the Library's content hidden, even to searches which is why I could not find it. I suspect this is the reason the back up and restore scripts do not work.

Actually, the "back up scripts works, as I have seen the contents of a back up on my USB drive, but the restore command fails every time.

I have since made my files "visible", and then copied all the info over to my new mac. and everything except some of the preferences was there.

I also use a mac and found my Express Invoice on the correct path.
