credit card payments on Income/Expense Report

I've just recently downloaded and set up Moneyline for my personal budget. I download my bank statements and credit card statements, however the credit card payment shows up on my expense report. Basically doubling my expense $$'s Have I missed something?

When you do the transactions use the transfer option but you have to do that to both accounts one being an expense and the other being an income. When you subtract to difference between the (income and expense that amount will be correct.

They have really messed the transfer option as we should not have to do two operations for a transfer
