Problem with frozen scenes

Hi!

 

I'm using version 3.61 VideoPad Editor.

 

My video is short (about 3 minutes) and i am not using a large numbers of cut scenes, but in some of them get frozen at the first/last seconds. I already tried change the output format and resolution, but it doesn´t work, the result is the same.

 

Does Somebody have a hint?

 

My PC: Core 2 Duo, 3GB RAM DDR2, Video Mobile Intel 4 w/ 1GB

These are CUTS, not dissolves or effects? The clips - what format are they?

ok! I've just discovered that when I use a wmv file as source to my scenes, they get frozen, but using mp4 files it works well! I solve the problem converting all my sources files.
