No sound on phone monitoring!!!

Hi,

 

In the office with about 30 Express Talks I have this problem:

 

When trying to monitor one of the Express Talk conversations there is no sound.

 

We are using voicehost.co.uk services, to monitor calls I have to dial from my Express Talk 154, enter extension number, password and after woods can listen to conversation on the extension that I have entered. But I cannot hear nothing. Have tried different softphone(3CX Phone) - working perfectly, but not Express Talk.

 

I have tried to add Express Talk to firewall, use different ports, and lot of other things with no luck.

 

Please help.
