Print recepit to A5 paper

Hello, I would like to be able to print full sized recepits (A4 size) scaled down to A5 size and print those from my printer. Is there any way to do this? Just A4 layout onto A5 paper, scaled down, portrait orientation like the default one.

 

If it's not possible, being able to print small sized recepits onto A5 width would be okay too. There are options for 4 1/2 inches and 8 inches but not 148mm (5.8 inches). Is there any way to add that as custom size?
