"the parameter is incorrect"

Hi! So I just purchased the Orion File Recovery software because I needed a reliable program to retrieve files that were deleted off of my external Seagate 3-Terabyte hard drive. The program installed correctly on my computer and everything, but when I went to try and do a scan for the recovery, I selected the H: drive (which is where my Seagate hard drive is located), and an error message keeps popping up, saying that "the parameter is incorrect".

 

Help please? How do I get it to scan my external hard drive to recover those files...?
