Lost invoices

I am using accounts experess and it been going well

 

But I have noticed that it is losing invoices on reports

 

That is to say if I run create a report for all invoices it misses out some which to show up on the list of invoices.issued

 

I am going nuts trying to understand what might be the problem,

 

They are not draft invices an have a real invoice number.

 

Any ideas ?
