Can not unzip files with un-english signs in them

Hi guys,

 

I buy a lot of music. Whenever I buy a file that in its name has a non-english sign in it, Express Zip will not unpack it. Now I have bought a large number of brazilian songs and again this stupid problem occurs. Any way around it? Help and input greatly appreciated, I would hate spending even more money on another program to perform this.

Hi,

Are you using Expresszip in windows or mac machine? Basically it should work. Could you attach a video file or screen shot of the issue?
