Express invoice show a customer with a huge credit when they don't

Ok I just upgraded to 4.0 so it would run on windows 8, what a joke!!

Anyway now the stupid thing shows at least one customer with a huge credit when they don't have any credit at all, does anyone know how to fix this?

One thing that makes me mad is this is obviously a bug with the soft ware but apperently if I want an answer to it I have to buy support, what a joke, I will never buy another software program from NCH again.
