RJ45 Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 This issue is quite annoying, doesn't matter what version I use anytime I click on 'Open Invoices List' in the program it crashes! I can't access that part of the program and it gets really frustrating eg. if I have to re-print an invoice or change an amount, etc. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What can I do? I've installed/un-installed/repaired installation and still no fix I even tried Easy Accounts which migrates the invoices into the accounts program but I still have the same issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
djakober Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 Please log a ticket with technical support (follow this link and ignore the upsells to paid support if you want to submit a standard free ticket). This is not normal, and the first time I have heard of this as a particular problem. There are so many factors between platform, operating system and os version, program version, hardware and other issues that can cause app crashes, I am not sure anyone will be able to help you out on this forum.
