bektas Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 Hi, we bought 5 axon, ivm, vrs. We have some problems. 1-) When internet connection is down, axon not connecting again. We have to restart Axon server. How can we solve it? 2-) When we transfer a call, audio connection is lost 1 side. But we are sending invite (Hold, Onhold) after then 2 side audio connection is establishing but there is too much echo. What is the problem? 3-) In IVM we can't use turkish characters with ineturl plugin. It's looking '?'. Is there any solution for this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
