Converting Debut AVI to Premiere Pro H264 - weird time corruption?

Debut AVI is capturing three different data recorders - creating a file that is 5760 x 1080. It makes a nice clean .avi file.

We want to bring the .avi file into Premiere, put it on an AVCHD (H264) timeline, and then output the image in three discrete sections, 1920x1080 each... making three separate movie files from the original Debut recording.

We have a timeclock on the data recorders, which can be seen and is picked up nicely by Debut at 30 fps.

BUT.

When we put this .avi file into an AVCHD H264 timeline, and export it out again as an H264 file (1920x1080) it makes a nice file ... except that the clock is running erratically, or twice as fast, or freezing for the last half of an 8 minute movie.

Has anyone come across this?

We've tried to make an H264 file in Debut, but the preferences are limited, and none match the standard H264 variation we need to use in Premiere (matching the footage from a Sony FS700 camera outputting AVCHD).

Ultimately we want to put the four data streams recorded by Debut on a Premiere Pro timeline and add in the fourth video stream coming from the Sony camera ... so that all four streams can be seen, in sync, simultaneously.

Any help would be most appreciated,

Ben
