jp11 Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 I used the free version on windows 7 using an ion video2pc capture device from vhs. It worked fine for one day. THe next day when I started debut, I kept getting windows blue screen. I removed and reinstalled it, now it will not see the capture device (it does show up in the device manager). Any clues ? clemenzina Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 I don't have any clues On one of my Windows 7 HP 64-bit laptops, every time I installed Debut the whole system froze up, all I could do was power off at the button. I lost count of how many times I uninstalled it with Revo and reinstalled, always with the same result. This went on for months, then one day it just worked!
