I've a few questions I wondered if people may be able to help me with, I should point out I'm using Mac; 1) Is there a way that I can get a 'popup' or something that notifies me when I need to contact a client? I guess just something that reminds you without having to look for it or be logged into the software, if that makes sense? 2) In respect of the previous question, would it be an 'event' or a 'to do' to get a notification? 3) There are various fields such a 'lead source', 'industry', etc. Is there a way to customise these options? 4) Is there a way to customise reports? sallyb34 Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 I too am new to reflect, although I have been using Express Account for some time, I would also like to be able to modify the drop down fields available, eg 'industry' - I am on a PC.
