Getting Started problems

The product is not registered. I have not put a link to NCH on my website. I am trying to see if it works. I get the error above.

I embedded Local network live stream link; should it be Public network live stream link??????

 

BroadCam says:

 

Server status enabled.

Options/Web Access/Current Status configured properly.

Advanced Routing Options passes connection test and OPEN FIREWALL.

 

Visitors to website get:

 

cannot connect to [ip:port].

 

and I am not sure what I need to do. Any help is appreciated in advance.
