Scanning for changes uploads unchanged files

Hi guys,

 

I have websites that I update frequently and Fling insists on re-uploading files that already exist on the remote server. It means a quick one page update takes 30 minutes while every other file, image and subfolder is scanned and re-uploaded.

 

This happens with all sites I run and on two different servers.

 

Any suggestions on a setting that I need to tweak?
