George77 Posted October 21, 2013 Share Posted October 21, 2013 We installed express dictate last week, it works fine, but our employee saved the files using the "backup" command not the "save-as" command. These recordings sound so compressed they are not usable. Is there a way to recover these files. No other backup was made. Any Ideas would be helpful.
