Unable to Add Phone Numbers to New Suppliers

I am testing this program out for our company to evaluate if we should move forward with the purchase.

 

So far the problems seem to be as follows:

 

Unable to add Primary or Secondary phone numbers to Suppliers. (Get a error bubble saying it is invalid phone number..705 479 1073...same as example in field)

 

Importing a CSV file is okay but the fields are limited. Does not address all the fields in the New Item Dialogue box...and it does not address the supplier in the Inventory Tab.)

 

Can anyone help me out with these first two issues..we like the software and realize we will not get our full wish list of functionality with any one program.

You need to put the digits with no space at all between them, I found that it was the only way to be accepted
