k.blum
We dictate with some Android app and create WAV files that we send to our secretary by Email. The sound quality is good, means, the dictation is clear. Depending on where the dictation was recorded, there is some background noise, but nothing drastic. However, having imported the WAV file, the quality reduces drastically. There are audio artifacts and background noise that is so much amplified, that the dictation can hardly be understood. Any idea what can be done? Guess that is a compression or CODEC issue but where can I change which setting, so that this reduction of quality can be avoided? dkjain
Hi, The sample problem for me. Audio quality is low compared to what you hear in Windows Media Player and background noise also is quite loud, making it very hard to understand. Any one had success solving this by playing with ES settings. Rgds, dkj
